Robyn is a Partner and Member of the Executive Committee at Thompson Hine (law firm) in the Real Estate, Construction and Corporate Practice Groups, where she focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, development, financing, leasing and corporate transactions. She has a particular focus on shopping center deals, urban redevelopment projects, manufacturing plant developments, hospitality projects and public-private-partnership (P3) transactions.
Robyn focuses on counseling corporations on real estate strategies, dispositions of environmentally contaminated assets, facilities management and domestic sourcing and procurement transactions. Robyn previously served as the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Cleveland office and Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative.
Robyn is known for her advocacy of causes that improve the quality of life in her community. She serves on the Boards of the City Club of Cleveland, The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio, the Codrington Foundation, The Center for Population Dynamics at Cleveland State University and the African-American Philanthropy Committee of the Cleveland Foundation. She is also an active member of The Links, Incorporated. She previously served on the Boards of the George Gund Foundation and the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland (MOCA).
Robyn holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
